You
What's the difference between stoicism and minimalism?
Assistant
Stoicism is about how you respond to the world. Staying grounded regardless of what happens. Minimalism is about what you own. They overlap in rejecting excess, but one's a mindset, the other's a lifestyle.
You
Which one is easier to actually practice?
Assistant
Minimalism is easier to start. You can declutter a drawer today and see a result. Stoicism takes longer because you're training how you react, and that only shows up when things go wrong.

How it's different

Normal Alexa

Gives scripted answers from a fixed database
Forgets what you said the moment you say something new
Has no idea who you are or what you care about
Falls back to a web search or says it can't help
Can't reason through something with you

Kimi

Thinks through your question and gives a real answer
Holds the full conversation in context. Follow-ups just work
Remembers what you tell it, uses it only when relevant
Handles the question even if it's vague, personal, or open-ended
Talks with you, not at you

Features

Actually answers you

Powered by Gemini, Groq, or any LLM you choose. Not canned responses. Real, reasoned answers to whatever you ask.

Remembers the conversation

Context carries through the session. Say yes or no, ask a follow-up and it knows exactly what you're referring to.

Knows who you are

Tell it once. Your job, preferences, goals. It stores that and uses it only when relevant, not constantly.

Swap any model

Switch between Gemini, Groq, or OpenRouter with one environment variable. No code changes ever needed.

Built for voice

Responses are tuned to be spoken aloud. Concise, complete, no markdown or bullet points read out awkwardly.

No new hardware

Works with any Alexa device you already own. Echo Dot, Echo Show, Fire TV. If Alexa runs on it, this does too.

Setup guide

01

Enable the skill

Open the Alexa app → Skills & Games → search kimi ai → Enable. That's the only step in the app.

02

Say hello

Say Alexa, open kimi ai to your device. It'll greet you and ask what you'd like to be called. Just answer naturally.

03

Ask anything

Start talking. Say Alexa, ask kimi ai followed by whatever's on your mind. Questions, ideas, things to think through.

04

Give it your context (optional)

Tell it something once, like remember that I'm a nurse who prefers plain language, and it'll use that when it's actually helpful.

05

Reset anytime

Say forget my context or clear my profile to wipe anything stored and start completely fresh.
